That depends on where you live, and whether the items you ordered are in stock. Once your order is processed, these are the designated shipping times:
- Shipping within the Netherlands: 1-2 working days
- Shipping within Western Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden, UK): 3-6 working days
- Shipping within rest of Europe: 3-5 working days
- Shipping to US: 6-8 working days
- Shipping to Australia: 8-10 working days
- Shipping to rest of the world: 8-20 working days
Please note that these transit times are averages, provided to us by the postal company. While in 95% of the times these transit times are accurate, sometimes it might take longer for an order to arrive.

If you’ve entered a wrong shipping address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order with your correct address and your order number.
We ship worldwide. Under the current circumstances it might be that your country has delayed, or stopped shipments from abroad. Please check with your local post office to see if your country has imposed limits on shipping.
Usually everything is send within one package. Sometimes, when packages are too big to fit into a box (looking at you, blocking wires!) they might be send separately. However, this is not the norm.
